Shipping and Handling Policy

1. All orders are shipped out via USPS from the United States. All physical orders include tracked shipping. However, please be aware that International packages are only partially tracked. Once international packages leave the U.S., there is a high possibility that tracking may stop. It is now the buyer’s responsibility to closely inspect their packages via the tracking number provided, and reach out to their carrier service for their package’s whereabouts.

2. Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If requested, we will gladly put a note that this is a Gift. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.

3. Digital PDFs will be delivered via email after all physical packages have been shipped. Please allow for up to a month once shipping has begun for digital products to be sent.

Shipping Estimates

Please note that all items are paid to produce. The estimates below are after all products have been produced. Please allow for 1-2 months of production.

Preorders:

  • United States: 1-2 weeks after shipment
  • International: Approx. delivery 2-9 weeks after receiving shipment information

Leftovers:

  • Leftover items will run on a weekly shipping basis. Please allow up to 7 days for our shipping mod to prepare your package and have it sent out. This includes digital products as well.

Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Sales are final after orders have been shipped out. We will only issue a full refund if your order has not been shipped yet. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund (this can be an order confirmation email, order number, full name the order is under, etc.)

2. Please carefully review all item descriptions before purchasing. Once orders have been shipped out they are out of our hands. We provide all shipped orders with tracking numbers, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it’s shipped.

3. If you have moved addresses and need to notify us before our shipping period begins, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, the name the order is under, and what your new address is.

4. Items will be securely packaged in a bubble mailer. We are not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.

5. We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. Orders can be reshipped (if stock permits) upon purchasing again. Please send us an email directly to work with you on this.

6. Exchanges may only be applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.

7. Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless the buyer pays for shipping again.

8. Please note that all products in ichirukizine.bigcartel.com are preorder items unless specified in their description. Orders are estimated to be shipped out April 2025. Delays may occur, including but not limited to: COVID-19, shipping complications, increased lead times, and production delays. Should this occur, we will make an announcement on our social media.

9. The Every Day mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order should they violate any of the policies above.

Q: When will preorders end?
A: Preorders are scheduled to end on November 15, 2024 23:59 ET (UTC-5). Should preorders be extended, a notification will be made on our social media.

Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: We will be shipping from the United States of America.

Q: Are you shipping worldwide?
A: We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country. Please be sure to review this prior to purchasing.

Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?
A: All physical orders have tracked shipping. We are not liable for stolen or damaged packages during shipping, transit, and handling.

Q: What currency do you use?
A: All prices are in USD.

Q: Do you ship to the UK/EU?
A: We do ship to the UK/EU. However it is the buyer's responsible to take care of VAT and customs fees.

Q: When will I receive my order(s)?
A: Our shop runs on a preorder system, meaning that we will only begin production and shipping after the preorder period ends. Preorders are scheduled to end on November 15, 2024 23:59 EST (UTC-5). After which 1-2 months must be provided for production. Please follow us on social media for updates on production and shipping.

Q: Do you offer a merch only bundle or merch à la carte?
A: For preorders we do not have any merch-only options, however we may offer merch à la carte during leftover sales.
